Servin Weight Log Simple Version 2.0 makes it easy to record your weight, along with the date and time that you recorded your weight.

As an option, you can set a target weight goal, and weight entries that achieve your goal are highlighted in green. Weights that do not meet your weight goal are highlighted in red.
